Fast growing, value and client driven Internet marketing and marketing communications firm focusing on enabling our clients to rapidly and efficiently gain market share is looking for dynamic individuals having experience in selling marketing services and technology solutions to a wide variety of clients, including but not limited to large industrial companies. Services include consulting, market research, integrated marketing, Internet marketing, web development and eNewsletters.

The position calls for the application of business development skills to grow and develop a territory through value selling and long-term relationship management with clients. The position is ideally suited for result-oriented individuals, looking for independence and control over the growth and development of their territory and for achieving established sales and profitability goals.

The right candidate needs to have the abilities to close sales by demonstrating the value imparted to the client by our services and solutions. As part of the sales team, you will be responsible for providing leadership in market share in your territories by engaging in new business generation, new market development, and relationship management with our existing client base.

Support is provided by a highly professional and motivated management team and an organization that is focused on quality and delivering superior value to clients. Dynamic, driven, and focused on future goals, are not the elements of a wish list for this position, they are a requirement.

Education and experience requirements for this position are as follows: B.S or B.A degree preferred with minimum 3-5 years experience in outside sales or high school education with 7+ years experience in outside sales.

Description and Primary Duties
All primary direct outside sales duties including but not limited to the following: Seeks and nurtures direct sales/client relationships; positions and promotes company and services; drives revenue; tracks channel accomplishments; accomplishes financial objectives; improves sales opportunities; protects organization's value; enhances organization reputation; generate new business; manages assigned territory as well maintaining and generating sales; coordinate ongoing management of accounts.

Position requires strong organization, time management, leadership, professionalism, ambitious, motivated, hard work ethic, and high integrity. Must be skilled at closing, prospecting, negotiating, listening, interviewing, planning, presentation, scheduling, and internal and external communication skills. Computing skills required: Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word, Internet Browser. Required to enter all communications into the Client Relationship Database. Travel averages about 35% but may be more or less and vary with the age, size and location of assigned territory.
