Delta Global Staffing, DGS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines, is a full service staffing firm with diverse clients and a national presence.
The Brief:
Delta Global Staffing was looking for an agency to redesign their website and help them extend her reach and create a buzz in the world of staffing.
The Challenge
Following a detailed appraisal of the company’s position within the marketplace, and based on economic factors, DGS decided to reposition its brands to make them as relevant to customers and differentiated from the competition as possible. Sojo was asked to develop a brand strategy and positioning, and a brand architecture, which would then be translated into a visual identity.
The Solution
Based on the company’s qualities, brand strategy, and architecture, Sojo refreshed their brand platform by developing a new look and feel and a new slogan – Work With Us. Travel On Us – to distinguish them from their competition. To signify strength and leverage Delta Air Line’s recognition and positioning in the global market place we incorporated Delta’s colors, freshness, and liveliness back into the DGS’ customer experience. We redesigned the website and developed an online application to capture leads. Since the launch of the website, Sojo has continued to work with DGS to enhance the site and provide digital strategy, including brand position strategy, paid search, web analytics and social networks – facebook, Twitter and a blog.
