Project Description: Global Concessions, Inc. is a Fast Food Franchise Operator of 10 stores at Hartsfield Atlanta International Airport and in an effort to better service their customers and upgrade their hiring processes while adhering to increased security, Global Concessions turned to Sojo, Inc.
Solution: Sojo, Inc. undertook a major overhaul of Global Concessions, Inc.'s communications by designing a new corporate logo, corporate web site and communications pieces, focusing on the company's new image, and commitment to customer service, employee relations, and community service.
For the web site Sojo, Inc. also developed a backend solution for customer feedback and job applications. Sojo, Inc. also developed a unique system for Global Concessions. This new web-based application enables Global Concessions human resource managers to pre-screen potential employees. This limited the number of persons needing clearance to access secured areas of the Airport which in turn kept operations at a high level instead of taking time out to evaluate every candidate who applied. The Global Concessions site has allowed management to track c ustomer complaints and fix customer issues quickly.
Impact: The resulting site and communication pieces show a smart, classy, but focused organization whose main job is to provide the highest level of service to customers, employees, and the community.
