Czarnowski

Project Description: Czarnowski, a Chicago-based exhibit services firm, was in need of employee communication pieces to spread information among their 500 employees.

Challange: It would be easy if all of Czarnowski's employees were located at the company's corporate headquarters, but the 500 employees are divided up between their headquarters and field operations. Also, some employees do not have access to computers let alone e-mail.

Objectives: Executives at Czarnowski wanted to create an open work environment where employees were aware of the most important company information. In turn this would increase employee morale and foster a better relationship between management and employees.

Solution: To meet the needs of the client, Sojo created two versions of the Czarnowski newsletter. An electronic version for employees who have computer access and hard copy version for field employees.

Result: The end result was the successful implementation of an internal employee communications network that made life around the office and in the field much easier for Czarnowski employees.
